1) Any international delivery sent through courier from India, may be liable for custom charges in the recipients country as per local laws. This will have to be borne by the recipient and we shall not be liable for the same.

2) We process all deliveries through reputed couriers only. Once your order is shipped you will be provided with an Airway Bill Number and the name of the courier partner that you can use to track your delivery on the logistic company�s website. Though 96% of all orders gets delivered within indicated time, we shall however be not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances at courier companies end and are beyond our reasonable control.
